The Secret to Looking Hot

I've discovered it. I should buy an industrial size fan to blow my hair around at all times. Not only do you look hot, but you get to feel like a model throwing your locks around. Oh, and buy a guitar. Doesn't have to work, that's just a prop. And add fire. I can sit at my desk all day with a fan blowing my hair around and the cubicle on fire. Pretty sure the safety team will call me on that, but hey, I looked good doing it.

I have decided that since he/she delivered the Pottery Barn Spring Catalog today! As soon as I saw the title "Farmhouse Style", I knew I would be in love. Lots of creams, blues and greens, which means that we need to win the lotto so I can buy all of these gorgeous pieces.

Pottery Barn Room Inspiration

As always, I've got houses and decorating on the brain. One of my favorite places to stalk room ideas is Pottery Barn. Here are some of the rooms on their site that I am currently digging. We have 5 (yes five!) people I know that are pregnant, so I thought I would include a couple of cute kids rooms too. LOVE the organization factor! I can't wait to have a OCD labeled house. Oh boy howdy, just you wait until I get a labeler! : )

Hanging Around...

Joe and I had an extended weekend together and had a lot of fun together! We toured some model homes, did some driving and started working on the house again. We also vegged in front of the tv and laughed a lot. It was such a bummer having to go back to work this morning, but that's what you gotta do to keep living the life!

Here's a couple pictures of the pictures we hung up. You can see my lovely grey paint that I have in the master bedroom. I seriously look at the walls every day in this room and sigh over how much I love the color. Ignore our mess, we are working through getting rid of some of my books and getting the rest of the books into some sort of white boxes, so they look neater. Anyone going to Ikea anytime soon?
